RK&K’s Natural Gas, Petroleum and Pipeline Division was formed in 1992. The Division provides planning, project management, utility management consulting, permitting, engineering, design, integrity management, cathodic protection, facilities inspection and evaluation, and construction inspection services to government and private clients. We specialize in natural gas and water transmission and distribution systems, petroleum storage and distribution systems, pipelines, above- and below-ground storage tanks, electric distribution systems, wastewater systems, and the facilities related to these systems. Our utility management consulting services include rate making, incremental pricing, supply procurement, gas contract management, economic analyses, forecasting, regulatory studies, expert witness testimony and other services related to utility management.
The Division headquarters is in Richmond, Virginia with a branch office in Concord, North Carolina. The Division management staff includes two civil and one mechanical professional engineers, one licensed petroleum operations engineer, and one chartered financial analyst.offices in: .
