Project Summary (Return)
Project Type: System Modeling and Analysis
System Modeling |
| Date Delivered: 10/21/1996 |
| RK&K provided system model of Danville's natural gas distribution system. |
Gas Distribution Model |
| Date Delivered: March 1992 |
| RK&K skeletal, modified and calibrated the GasTool model of Richmond, Virginia gas distribution system. Project details included quarterly updates and performance of periodic analyses of system to determine future infrastructure improvements. |
Gas Network Analysis Package |
| Date Delivered: October 1995 |
| RK&K provided modeling and analysis for the City of Charlottesville natural gas system. Project details included creating a skeletal gas system model in GASWorks from existing AM/FM/GIS mapping and database information, model calibration, analyses of system vulnerability, and software training. |
Gas Network Analysis Package |
| Date Delivered: July 1995 |
| RK&K provided natural gas modeling and analysis services to the Greenville Utilities Commission. Project details included updating existing 1990 gas system model, software conversion, analyzing and determining system vulnerability, linking the gas model to Microstation based gas mapping system, and software training. |
Natural Gas Transmission and Distribution Modeling |
| Date Delivered: 1999 |
|
RK&K designed and developed the gas system model for a new natural gas distribution system using GASWorks 7.0 in Bangor, Maine. The system consists of 18 miles of high pressure and 227 miles of low pressure steel piping. Project details included graphical presentation of gas system on aerial photography and load analyses to determine system pressures. |
